Sample 1-Week Meal Plan (Age 3)

Day 1:
Breakfast: Milk + porridge
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Rice, dal, vegetables
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Chapati & paneer

Day 3:
Breakfast: Poha
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Chapati & dal
Snack: Cheese cubes
Dinner: Soft dosa & veggies

Day 5:
Breakfast: Upma
Snack: Pear
Lunch: Dal rice & veggies
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Paratha & curd

Day 7:
Breakfast: Oats with milk
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Chapati & mixed vegetables
Snack: Smoothie
Dinner: Soft noodles with veggies

Adjust portions to your child’s appetite. Avoid choking-hazard foods and consult your pediatrician for allergies or special needs.

Day 2:
Breakfast: Idli & sambar
Snack: Apple slices
Lunch: Khichdi
Snack: Milk
Dinner: Vegetable pulao

Day 4:
Breakfast: Whole-wheat toast & milk
Snack: Orange
Lunch: Rice & curry
Snack: Nuts (as safe)
Dinner: Chapati & egg/paneer

Day 6:
Breakfast: Pancake (whole-wheat)
Snack: Watermelon
Lunch: Vegetable pasta
Snack: Milk
